Agente Antimicrobiano

Our M-PLEAT incorporates an antimicrobial agent throughout the entire filter media area in order to preserve the integrity of the media throughout the filter's lifespan by inhibiting microbial growth.

Filter Media

The filter media is constructed from a high quality synthetic polyester fibre, it incorporates a stainless steel mesh that gives it exceptional stability, thus eliminating the risk of bypass, it also offers very good tolerance to heat and fire (fireproofing), it has a maximum working temperature capacity of 80°C, it is 100% resistant to humidity, making it the best option for use in very humid environments, these filters offer a high dust retention capacity and low initial resistance.

Structural Support

Our washable filter incorporates a mesh bonded to the filter media to maintain its original shape throughout the filter's lifespan. This, combined with the metal frame, provides a robust structure that is resistant to airflow and prevents bypasses.

 These filters are assembled in metal frames made of stainless steel or galvanized steel.

Washable

Our filters offer the option of being washed, which represents a savings on repurchases. However, it is recommended not to wash them more than twice, as they lose their efficiency and particle retention capacity after washing them.
