Great particle retention capacity

Thanks to technology the filtering media is designed and built with, the pleats of this filter have a geometry that allows for more space between them resulting in the use of 100% of the area to collect particles, notoriously increasing the retention capacity. Additionally, thanks to its stable and rigid structure, its geometry remains intact until the end of its life span. These attributes allow the customer to save money since the replacement is done less frequently.

Filter Media

The filter media in our Minipleat SEALGUARD Filters is 100% synthetic, manufactured in Germany, and composed of three layers that ensure excellent performance. It is also 100% moisture resistant.

Low-Energy Consumption

The openings in the pleats of our SEALGUARD filters offer minimal resistance to air passage, which translates into a very low initial pressure drop. However, thanks to the unique geometry with which these pleats are formed, this low resistance to air passage not only occurs at the beginning of the filter's use but is maintained throughout its useful life, significantly minimizing operating costs on the one hand and energy service costs on the other.

High-Efficiency Sealing

Our Minipleat SEALGUARD filters are constructed with a polyurethane frame, a material that adheres perfectly to the walls of the filter holder, preventing 100% of air passage through any part other than the filter media. Additionally, thanks to its robust structure, it prevents bypasses.
