Great particle retention capacity

Thanks to the Impress® technology the filtering media is designed and built with, the pleats of this filter have a geometry that allows for more space between them resulting in the use of 100% of the area to collect particles, notoriously increasing the retention capacity. Additionally, thanks to its stable and rigid structure, its geometry remains intact until the end of its life span. These attributes allow the customer to save money since the replacement is done less frequently.

High performance under extreme conditions

These filters are resistant to humidity to the point of being directly exposed to water over short-intermittent periods of time without affecting their performance. The MEDIA is sealed to the frame with a copolymer emulsion that prevents particles to go into the filter through the frame joints. Its high-impact frame plus its high-resistance filtering MEDIA and support bar make this filter ideal to be used in places with high-pressure loads and demanding environments.

Designed for low-energy consumption

The openings of the pleats of our filters VariCel 2 + SC are wide, giving them a very low airflow resistance, thus having a substantial drop in the initial pressure. In addition, the unique geometry in which the pleats are arranged helps the product keep its efficiency during its long life span, reducing considerably the frequency of replacement and the associated costs.

Environmentally-friendly

Two are the main characteristics of this environmentally-friendly filter: 

1. Compared to other high-efficiency filters in the market, its volume is one third the others, thus generating considerably less waste. 

2. since it has no metal parts in its structure they can be incinerated, reducing emissions whenever a gases-filtration system is available.
