Our bag filters are used in applications of HVAC to eliminate dust from the air. They are commonly used as final commercial application filters or as pre-filters for HEPAS in hospitals and the food or pharmaceutical industries.
The filter is built as a sealed synthetic-filtering MEDIA that form pockets. These filters can have different amounts of pockets 4 or 6 as well as variations in their length according to the customers needs.
Great particle-retention capacity
Our bag synthetic fiber Purity filters have a great particle-retention capacity because the filtering MEDIA is extended, giving it a much larger area that allows it to capture a large number of particles. In addition, each pocket is subdivided in tubular sections that allow for a complete dust accumulation using 100% of the filtering area. These sections are sealed in such a way they can minimize the particles' bypass.
Customized
These filters can be built meeting customer needs. You can vary the number of pockets as well as filter depth. This offers a great advantage since they can be easily adapted to the air handler sockets.
The filter is constructed with a high-impact plastic frame, resulting in a lightweight yet durable product.

En servicio continuo el filtro HEPA AstroCel I ofrece una resistencia máxima de 350°C con un pico de hasta 400°C por una hora, la robusta estructura de acero inoxidable evita el daño a la media filtrante causado por tensiones térmicas donde se utilizan materiales con diferentes coeficientes de expansión durante el aumento y la disminución de la temperatura.

Sellado de Alta Eficiencia
El sellador de medios de fibra de vidrio elástico no es propenso a fallas de integridad por grietas de tensión brindando una durabilidad superior a cualquier otro filtro del mercado, lo anterior es posible gracias a que el sellador esta construido sin el uso de silicona, adicional, esto mejora aún más el nivel de pureza del aire durante los diversos pasos del proceso de esterilización sin el riesgo de contaminación por siloxano.
